You never need an account to use Sada. It asks for your email address only if you choose to sign in, or to get one sentence a day by email. Your recordings live on your own device.

What stays on your device

What our server sees

When you add a video, sadaspeak.com asks YouTube for that video's captions and sends them to your browser. Our server receives the video's ID and, like every website, your IP address for the request. We keep the captions of a video for up to a week so the next person does not have to wait; we do not keep a log of who asked for what.

Recording visits and practice

To learn whether Sada helps people, and which pages bring them, the site records each visit and how far it goes: arriving on a page, opening a video ready to practise, recording a take, and playing back a newly saved take. Playback is counted after the recording actually advances, not when you press Play. When you leave the practice screen, we also record how many seconds it was open, how far you got there (the video loaded, you listened, you pressed Record, you saved a take) and whether YouTube's player loaded, and how quickly. Each page also records how many seconds it was on your screen and in use (you touched, scrolled or typed in the last 30 seconds, or something on it was playing), with the page's address alone; time in a background tab is not counted. We also count when the daily sentence offer comes into view on your screen, when it is closed, and when someone asks for it (never the address), and when a typed line is checked (never what was typed).

With each of these steps we keep: the IP address your browser connected from; the country, region, city, time zone and network that Cloudflare associates with that address; your browser's description of itself (its user agent) and preferred languages; the page of this site the visit started on and the site that sent you (for example a search engine or an AI assistant); and a fingerprint of this browser. The fingerprint is a code worked out from the browser's settings, such as its screen, fonts and graphics, that lets us recognise the same browser when it visits again; it is computed by the FingerprintJS open-source library, served from sadaspeak.com, with its usage reporting switched off, so it sends nothing to anyone else. With the first step of a visit we also keep the screen and window size, time zone, languages, number of processor cores and memory, network speed, the device model when the browser offers it, and whether dark mode is on.

Under the same anonymous visitor id, we note whether Sada was installed to the home screen and opened from it, and when the install prompt was shown, closed, accepted or declined.

We use this only to understand how Sada is used and whether it is growing. We do not sell or share it, use it for advertising, or combine it with other data, apart from the replay label described below. This log sets no cookie, and no recording, nothing you said and no video you practise is part of it. These records are deleted after six months; daily totals per page, without any of these details, are kept for up to 16 months. Separately, Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views and loading speed without cookies. We also use Microsoft Clarity to see how the pages are used: it records taps, scrolling and mouse movement as session replays and heatmaps, and sets its own cookies to tell visits apart. Each replay is labelled with this browser's fingerprint, so that we can find the replay that goes with a visit in the records above; nothing else from those records is sent to Clarity, and the choice below stops the label too. Text you type, including your email address, is hidden from it, and it never receives your voice, your recordings or your camera. You can ask for the records about your browser to be deleted by writing to hello@sadaspeak.com, or stop them with the choice below, which is saved only in this browser.

This applies to this browser only, including its other tabs. Set it separately in each browser or device you use for testing. Clearing site data resets the choice. It does not change your recordings or your choice about problem reports.

Problem reports, unless you turn them off

When something goes wrong (the video will not play, the microphone goes quiet, no voice is heard, scoring fails, or the page crashes), Sada sends us a short technical report, so we can fix it without anyone having to write in. Reports are sent by default. You can turn them off with the switch below, and they stay off in this browser.

A report holds what went wrong (a code or a number), the page, the video and the caption line you were practising (public text from the video), whether you are on a phone or a computer, your system and browser, the language you use Sada in, and which version of the site you had. It never holds your recordings, your voice, your camera's video or anything you said. To tell one person's repeated problem from many people's, each report also carries a code that stays the same for your browser for one day only; we work it out from your IP address and browser with a secret key, it cannot be turned back into either, and it never matches the record of visits. We keep reports for 90 days and use them only to find and fix problems.

The same reports also go to Sentry, an error-tracking service that tells us the moment something starts going wrong. Sentry receives what is listed above, plus the place in Sada's code where an error happened. Reports reach Sentry through sadaspeak.com, so your browser never connects to Sentry and Sentry does not see your IP address; Sada's Sentry account is also set to store no IP addresses. Sentry keeps reports for up to 90 days. With reports turned off, nothing is sent to us or to Sentry.

Problem reports are on.

One sentence a day, if you ask for it

Sada offers to email you one short practice sentence every morning: after you hear your first recording back, in your library and daily path, and on its guides and home page. It is optional: nothing is asked or sent unless you type your address, and nothing is sent until you confirm it from the first email. If you do not confirm, we send that email once more a day later, and then nothing.

For this we keep your email address, the language you use Sada in, your time zone (so the email arrives at 9:00 where you are), where on the site you asked (for example after a recording or on a guide), the dates you signed up and confirmed, whether the confirmation email left us and when, and which sentences we have sent you (the last day one went and how many). We use them only to send this email. We do not keep the IP address you signed up from, and we do not sell or share your address or use it for anything else.

Every email has a link to unsubscribe in one tap. If you never confirm your address, we delete it 7 days after you asked; if you unsubscribe, we delete it 30 days after you unsubscribe. To have it deleted sooner, write to hello@sadaspeak.com. The emails are sent through Resend, an email delivery service, which receives your address and the email to deliver it.

One sentence a day as a notification, if you turn it on

Where your browser can show notifications (Android and computers, and an iPhone or iPad once Sada is installed on the home screen), the same offer can send the sentence as one notification a day instead of an email. Nothing happens until you tap “Remind me every day” and your browser asks you; if you say no, nothing is kept. For this we keep the push address your browser gives us (a link at your browser maker’s push service, such as Google, Apple, Mozilla or Microsoft, with its keys, so only your browser can read the message), the language you use Sada in, your time zone (so it arrives at 9:00 where you are), where in Sada you turned it on, which sentences we have sent, and how many your device reported shown. We also keep the kind of device in one word (iPhone or iPad, Android, Mac, Windows, Linux or other), read from your browser’s own description when you turn it on, and whether Sada was open as the installed app; nothing else about the device, so we can see where notifications fail to arrive. Each notification goes through your browser maker’s push service, encrypted so that service cannot read it. Turn it off in Sada’s library or in your browser’s settings: we stop at once, and an address the push service tells us is gone is no longer used. A push address that is turned off, or that the push service says is gone, is deleted 30 days later. We also count, without the address, when the offer is shown and when it is turned on, off, declined or could not be turned on, and when a notification is shown on your device, opened, or swiped away; the choice below stops these counts too.

The Sada coach, only when you ask

After a recording, you can tap “Ask the coach” for one short tip on how to say the line better. Nothing about your take is sent until you tap. Then sadaspeak.com sends Anthropic’s AI model, Claude, only text: the line from the video, the words your device recognised from you, the words it missed or heard in addition, your timing against the speaker, which attempt this was, and the language you use Sada in, with a guess at your first language worked out from the language you use Sada in, your browser’s languages and your country. We never send your voice or your recording: speech recognition runs on your device. Anthropic receives no IP address, fingerprint or anything else that identifies you, and under its terms for businesses it does not train its models on it. Anthropic may keep what it receives for a limited time under its own commercial terms: it normally deletes API inputs and outputs within 30 days, and keeps them longer only where needed to enforce its usage policy or required by law.

To keep the coach free and fair (3 tips a day per browser), and to learn whether it helps, we keep one record per request: the day, this browser’s fingerprint (the same as in the record of visits above), your country, the language you use Sada in and your browser’s languages, the guess at your first language, the page you asked from and the page your visit started on, the video and line, the missed and extra words, the attempt, the tip itself, what it cost and how long it took, and later your 👍 or 👎, whether you recorded the same line again within 10 minutes, and whether the missed words were heard then. For the limits we also count requests per day per browser and per minute and per hour per IP address, stored only as a keyed code that cannot be turned back into the address, and kept for two days. To learn whether the coach helps, it is offered to half of browsers, chosen from the fingerprint; for browsers in both halves that see a result while the coach is on, we keep the fingerprint, its half, the first and last day it saw one, and how often it recorded the same line again within 10 minutes. Records are deleted after six months, like the record of visits. We use them only to run the coach, keep its costs in check and improve it; we do not sell or share them or use them for advertising. To have them deleted, write to hello@sadaspeak.com.

Your account, only if you sign in

Signing in is optional: practice works the same without it. If you sign in, the coach gives you 30 tips a day instead of 3 and remembers the sounds you keep missing, and your progress and practice history follow you to your other devices. You can sign in with Google or with a one-time link we email you; there is no password.

What we keep for your account: your email address; your name, only if you signed in with Google; the language you use Sada in; when the account was made and last used; and, for each line you record while signed in, the line, the words your device recognised and those it missed, your timing against the speaker, your match score and the coach’s tip if you asked for one. When you sign in we also link this browser’s fingerprint (the same as in the record of visits above) to your account, so the coach tips you used earlier that day count towards your 30. Your voice and your recordings are never uploaded: they stay on your device.

To keep you signed in, we set one cookie, which holds a random code; our server keeps only a scrambled form (a hash) of it. It lasts 90 days from the last time you used Sada, and signing out ends it. A sign-in link works once, for 15 minutes, and we keep only a hash of it.

Why: to provide the account you asked for, which is the agreement between us; we use it for nothing else. We do not sell or share it, or use it for advertising. How long: until you delete your account, or two years after you last used it, when we delete it ourselves.

Who else handles it: Google, only if you sign in with Google (it tells us your verified email address and name, under the Google Privacy Policy); Resend, which delivers the sign-in link; Cloudflare, which hosts the site and its database; and Anthropic, which writes the coach’s tips from text alone, as described above, with a short summary of the sounds that came up in your week added for signed-in learners and never your email address.

Your account page lets you download a copy of all of it as a file (My data and privacy), and delete your account and everything in it for good, in one step. Deleting it also unlinks this browser and stops the daily sentence email to that address. You can also write to hello@sadaspeak.com.

Other services the site uses

Sada shows no advertising. Apart from Microsoft Clarity’s own cookies (see above), it sets one cookie, and only if you sign in, to keep you signed in.

Your choices

You can revoke YouTube's access to data associated with your Google account at any time at Google's security settings. To delete everything Sada saved, remove videos from your library or clear this site's data in your browser settings; if you signed in, delete your account from its My data and privacy page.

عندما تضيف فيديو يطلب sadaspeak.com ترجمته من يوتيوب ويرسلها إلى متصفحك. يصل إلى خادمنا معرّف الفيديو، وعنوان IP الخاص بك كما في أي موقع. نحتفظ بترجمة الفيديو حتى أسبوع كي لا ينتظر الشخص التالي، ولا نحتفظ بسجل لمن طلب ماذا.

تسجيل الزيارات والتدريب

لنعرف هل يساعد صدى الناس، وأي الصفحات تجلبهم، يسجّل الموقع كل زيارة ومدى تقدّمها: الوصول إلى صفحة، وفتح فيديو جاهزًا للتدريب، وتسجيل تسجيل، وتشغيل تسجيل جديد محفوظ. لا يُحسب التشغيل بمجرد الضغط على الزر، بل بعد أن يتقدّم التسجيل أثناء تشغيله. وعند مغادرة شاشة التدريب نسجّل أيضًا عدد الثواني التي بقيت فيها مفتوحة، وإلى أين وصلت فيها (تحميل الفيديو، أو الاستماع، أو الضغط على «سجّل»، أو حفظ تسجيل)، وهل حُمِّل مشغّل يوتيوب وفي كم ثانية. وتسجّل كل صفحة أيضًا عدد الثواني التي كانت فيها ظاهرة على شاشتك وأنت تستخدمها (لمستَها أو مرّرتها أو كتبت فيها خلال آخر 30 ثانية، أو كان فيها شيء يعمل)، مع عنوان الصفحة وحده؛ ولا يُحسب الوقت في علامة تبويب في الخلفية. ونعدّ كذلك ظهور عرض الجملة اليومية على شاشتك، وإغلاقه، وطلب الاشتراك فيه (دون البريد الإلكتروني نفسه)، والتحقق من جملة مكتوبة (دون ما كتبته).

مع كل خطوة من هذه الخطوات نحتفظ بما يلي: عنوان IP الذي اتصل منه متصفحك؛ والبلد والمنطقة والمدينة والمنطقة الزمنية والشبكة التي تربطها Cloudflare بهذا العنوان؛ ووصف متصفحك لنفسه (وكيل المستخدم) ولغاته المفضّلة؛ وصفحة الموقع التي بدأت منها الزيارة والموقع الذي أرسلك (مثل محرك بحث أو مساعد ذكاء اصطناعي)؛ وبصمة لهذا المتصفح. البصمة رمز يُحسب من إعدادات المتصفح، مثل الشاشة والخطوط والرسوميات، ويتيح لنا التعرّف على المتصفح نفسه عندما يزورنا مرة أخرى. تحسبها مكتبة FingerprintJS مفتوحة المصدر، وتُحمَّل من sadaspeak.com، مع إيقاف إرسال بيانات الاستخدام الخاصة بها، فلا ترسل شيئًا إلى أي جهة أخرى. ومع الخطوة الأولى من الزيارة نحتفظ أيضًا بحجم الشاشة والنافذة، والمنطقة الزمنية، واللغات، وعدد أنوية المعالج والذاكرة، وسرعة الشبكة، وطراز الجهاز إن أتاحه المتصفح، وهل الوضع الداكن مفعّل.

نسجّل تحت معرّف الزائر المجهول نفسه ما إذا أُضيف صدى إلى الشاشة الرئيسية وفُتح منها، ووقت ظهور طلب التثبيت وإغلاقه وقبوله أو رفضه.

نستخدم هذه المعلومات فقط لفهم طريقة استخدام صدى ومعرفة هل ينمو. لا نبيعها ولا نشاركها، ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات، ولا نجمعها مع بيانات أخرى، إلا وسم إعادة العرض الموصوف أدناه. لا يضع هذا السجل أي ملف تعريف ارتباط، ولا يدخل فيها أي تسجيل ولا شيء قلته ولا الفيديو الذي تتدرّب عليه. تُحذف هذه السجلات بعد ستة أشهر، وتُحفظ الأعداد اليومية لكل صفحة، دون أي من هذه التفاصيل، حتى 16 شهرًا. وبشكل منفصل، تعدّ Cloudflare Web Analytics مشاهدات الصفحات وسرعة التحميل دون ملفات تعريف الارتباط. ونستخدم أيضًا Microsoft Clarity لنعرف كيف تُستخدم الصفحات: فهي تسجّل النقرات والتمرير وحركة المؤشر في صورة إعادة عرض للجلسات وخرائط حرارية، وتضع ملفات تعريف ارتباط خاصة بها لتميّز الزيارات بعضها من بعض. ويُوسَم كل عرض ببصمة هذا المتصفح، لنجد العرض الذي يقابل زيارة في السجلات المذكورة أعلاه؛ ولا يُرسَل إلى Clarity شيء آخر من هذه السجلات، والخيار أدناه يوقف هذا الوسم أيضًا. ولا ترى ما تكتبه، ومنه بريدك الإلكتروني، ولا تتلقى صوتك ولا تسجيلاتك ولا صورة الكاميرا. يمكنك أن تطلب حذف السجلات الخاصة بمتصفحك بالكتابة إلى hello@sadaspeak.com، أو أن توقفها بالخيار أدناه، وهو محفوظ في هذا المتصفح فقط.

تقارير المشاكل، ما لم توقفها

عندما يحدث خطأ (الفيديو لا يعمل، أو الميكروفون يصمت، أو لا يُسمع صوت، أو يفشل التقييم، أو تتعطل الصفحة) يرسل إلينا صدى تقريرًا تقنيًا قصيرًا، لنصلح المشكلة دون أن يضطر أحد إلى مراسلتنا. تُرسل التقارير افتراضيًا، ويمكنك إيقافها بالمفتاح أدناه، فتبقى متوقفة في هذا المتصفح.

يحتوي التقرير على نوع الخطأ (رمز أو رقم)، والصفحة، والفيديو والجملة التي كنت تتدرّب عليها (نص عام من الفيديو)، وهل تستخدم هاتفًا أم حاسوبًا، ونظامك ومتصفحك، ولغة واجهة صدى، وإصدار الموقع. لا يحتوي أبدًا على تسجيلاتك أو صوتك أو فيديو الكاميرا أو أي شيء قلته. ولكي نميّز مشكلة يكررها شخص واحد من مشكلة تصيب أشخاصًا كثيرين، يحمل كل تقرير أيضًا رمزًا يبقى ثابتًا لمتصفحك يومًا واحدًا فقط، نحسبه من عنوان IP ومتصفحك بمفتاح سري، ولا يمكن إرجاعه إلى أيٍّ منهما، ولا يطابق سجل الزيارات أبدًا. نحتفظ بالتقارير 90 يومًا ونستخدمها فقط لاكتشاف المشاكل وإصلاحها.

تُرسل التقارير نفسها أيضًا إلى Sentry، وهي خدمة لتتبّع الأخطاء تنبّهنا فور بدء حدوث مشكلة. تتلقى Sentry ما سبق ذكره، إضافةً إلى الموضع في شيفرة صدى الذي وقع فيه الخطأ. تصل التقارير إلى Sentry عبر sadaspeak.com، فلا يتصل متصفحك بـ Sentry مباشرةً ولا ترى Sentry عنوان IP الخاص بك، كما أن حساب صدى لدى Sentry مضبوط على عدم حفظ أي عنوان IP. تحتفظ Sentry بالتقارير مدةً أقصاها 90 يومًا. إذا أوقفت التقارير فلا يُرسل شيء إلينا ولا إلى Sentry.

تقارير المشاكل مفعّلة.

جملة واحدة كل يوم، إن طلبتها

يعرض عليك صدى أن يرسل إليك كل صباح جملة قصيرة للتدريب بالبريد الإلكتروني: بعد أن تستمع إلى تسجيلك الأول، وفي مكتبتك ومسارك اليومي، وفي أدلته وصفحته الرئيسية. هذا اختياري: لا يُطلب شيء ولا يُرسل شيء إلا إن كتبت عنوانك، ولا تصلك أي جملة قبل أن تؤكد العنوان من الرسالة الأولى. وإن لم تؤكده نرسل تلك الرسالة مرة أخرى بعد يوم، ثم لا شيء.

لذلك نحتفظ ببريدك الإلكتروني، ولغة واجهة صدى التي تستخدمها، ومنطقتك الزمنية (لتصلك الرسالة في الساعة 9:00 بتوقيتك)، والموضع الذي طلبتها منه في الموقع (بعد تسجيل أو في دليل مثلًا)، وتاريخَي الاشتراك والتأكيد، وهل خرجت رسالة التأكيد من عندنا ومتى، والجمل التي أرسلناها إليك (آخر يوم أُرسلت فيه جملة وعدد ما أُرسل). نستخدمها فقط لإرسال هذه الرسالة. لا نحتفظ بعنوان IP الذي اشتركت منه، ولا نبيع بريدك ولا نشاركه ولا نستخدمه لأي غرض آخر.

في كل رسالة رابط لإلغاء الاشتراك بلمسة واحدة. إن لم تؤكد عنوانك نحذفه بعد 7 أيام من طلبك، وإن ألغيت اشتراكك نحذفه بعد 30 يومًا من الإلغاء. ولحذفه قبل ذلك، راسلنا على hello@sadaspeak.com. تُرسل الرسائل عبر Resend، وهي خدمة لتوصيل البريد الإلكتروني، تتلقى عنوانك والرسالة لتوصيلها.

جملة واحدة كل يوم بإشعار، إن شغّلته

إن كان متصفحك يعرض الإشعارات (أندرويد والحواسيب، وأجهزة آيفون وآيباد بعد تثبيت صدى على الشاشة الرئيسية)، يمكن أن تصلك الجملة نفسها بإشعار واحد كل يوم بدل البريد. لا يحدث شيء حتى تضغط «ذكّرني كل يوم» ويسألك متصفحك؛ وإن رفضت فلا نحتفظ بشيء. لذلك نحتفظ بعنوان الإشعارات الذي يعطينا إياه متصفحك (رابط لدى خدمة الإشعارات التابعة للشركة المصنّعة لمتصفحك، مثل Google أو Apple أو Mozilla أو Microsoft، مع مفاتيحه، فلا يقرأ الرسالة إلا متصفحك)، ولغة واجهة صدى التي تستخدمها، ومنطقتك الزمنية (ليصلك في الساعة 9:00 بتوقيتك)، والموضع الذي شغّلته منه في صدى، والجمل التي أرسلناها. يمر كل إشعار عبر خدمة الإشعارات تلك مشفّرًا فلا تستطيع قراءته. أوقفه من مكتبتك في صدى أو من إعدادات متصفحك: نتوقف فورًا، ولا نستخدم بعد ذلك عنوانًا تخبرنا خدمة الإشعارات أنه لم يعد صالحًا. ونحذف عنوان الإشعارات بعد 30 يومًا من إيقافه، أو من إخبار خدمة الإشعارات لنا بأنه لم يعد صالحًا. ونعدّ كذلك، دون العنوان، ظهور العرض وتشغيله وإيقافه ورفضه وتعذّر تشغيله، وظهور الإشعار على جهازك وفتحه وإزاحته؛ والخيار أدناه يوقف هذا العدّ أيضًا.

مدرّب صدى، فقط حين تطلبه

بعد التسجيل يمكنك أن تضغط «اسأل المدرّب» لتحصل على نصيحة واحدة قصيرة تساعدك على قول الجملة أفضل. لا يُرسل شيء عن تسجيلك قبل أن تضغط. بعدها يرسل sadaspeak.com إلى Claude، نموذج الذكاء الاصطناعي من Anthropic، نصًا فقط: جملة الفيديو، والكلمات التي تعرّف عليها جهازك من كلامك، والكلمات التي لم يسمعها أو سمعها زائدة، وتوقيتك مقارنةً بالمتحدث، ورقم المحاولة، ولغة واجهة صدى التي تستخدمها، مع تقدير للغتك الأم من لغة واجهة صدى ولغات متصفحك وبلدك. لا نرسل صوتك ولا تسجيلك أبدًا: التعرّف على الكلام يجري على جهازك. ولا تتلقى Anthropic عنوان IP ولا بصمة متصفحك ولا أي شيء يعرّف بك، وبحسب شروطها للشركات لا تدرّب نماذجها عليه. وقد تحتفظ Anthropic بما تتلقاه مدة محدودة وفق شروطها التجارية: فهي تحذف عادةً مدخلات واجهة البرمجة (API) ومخرجاتها خلال 30 يومًا، ولا تحتفظ بها مدة أطول إلا عند الحاجة إلى تطبيق سياسة الاستخدام لديها أو حين يفرض القانون ذلك.

ليبقى المدرّب مجانيًا وعادلًا (3 نصائح في اليوم لكل متصفح)، ولنعرف هل يفيد، نحتفظ بسجل واحد لكل طلب: اليوم، وبصمة هذا المتصفح (نفسها التي في سجل الزيارات أعلاه)، وبلدك، ولغة الواجهة ولغات متصفحك، وتقدير لغتك الأم، والصفحة التي طلبت منها والصفحة التي بدأت منها زيارتك، والفيديو والجملة، والكلمات التي لم تُسمع أو الزائدة، ورقم المحاولة، والنصيحة نفسها، وتكلفتها ومدتها، ثم لاحقًا 👍 أو 👎، وهل سجّلت الجملة نفسها مرة أخرى خلال 10 دقائق، وهل سُمعت الكلمات الناقصة حينها. وللحدود نعدّ الطلبات في اليوم لكل متصفح وفي الدقيقة والساعة لكل عنوان IP، محفوظًا فقط برمز لا يمكن أن يُرجَع إلى العنوان، ونحذفه بعد يومين. ولنعرف هل يفيد المدرّب، يُعرض على نصف المتصفحات، ويُختار النصف من البصمة؛ ولكل متصفح من النصفين يرى نتيجة والمدرّب يعمل نحتفظ بالبصمة، ونصفه، وأول يوم وآخر يوم رأى فيه نتيجة، وعدد المرات التي سجّل فيها الجملة نفسها مرة أخرى خلال 10 دقائق. تُحذف السجلات بعد ستة أشهر، مثل سجل الزيارات. نستخدمها فقط لتشغيل المدرّب وضبط تكلفته وتحسينه، ولا نبيعها ولا نشاركها ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات. لحذفها راسلنا على hello@sadaspeak.com.

حسابك، فقط إن سجّلت الدخول

تسجيل الدخول اختياري: التدريب يعمل كما هو بدونه. إن سجّلت الدخول يعطيك المدرّب 30 نصيحة في اليوم بدل 3، ويتذكّر الأصوات التي تتكرر أخطاؤك فيها، ويتبعك تقدّمك وسجل تدريبك على أجهزتك الأخرى. يمكنك الدخول بحساب Google أو برابط يُستعمل مرة واحدة نرسله إلى بريدك، بلا كلمة مرور.

ما نحفظه لحسابك: بريدك الإلكتروني؛ واسمك، فقط إن دخلت بحساب Google؛ ولغة واجهة صدى؛ ووقت إنشاء الحساب وآخر استخدام له؛ ولكل جملة تسجّلها وأنت مسجّل الدخول: الجملة، والكلمات التي تعرّف عليها جهازك والتي فاتته، وتوقيتك مقارنةً بالمتحدث، ونسبة التطابق، ونصيحة المدرّب إن طلبتها. وعند الدخول نربط بصمة هذا المتصفح (نفسها التي في سجل الزيارات أعلاه) بحسابك، لتُحسب نصائح المدرّب التي استعملتها في ذلك اليوم من الثلاثين. صوتك وتسجيلاتك لا تُرفع أبدًا، بل تبقى على جهازك.

لتبقى مسجّل الدخول نضع ملف تعريف ارتباط واحدًا فيه رمز عشوائي، ولا يحفظ خادمنا إلا صورة مشفّرة منه (تجزئة). يبقى 90 يومًا من آخر مرة استخدمت فيها صدى، وتسجيل الخروج ينهيه. ورابط الدخول يعمل مرة واحدة لمدة 15 دقيقة، ولا نحفظ إلا تجزئته.

لماذا: لنقدّم لك الحساب الذي طلبته، وهو الاتفاق بيننا، ولا نستخدمه لشيء آخر. لا نبيعه ولا نشاركه ولا نستخدمه للإعلانات. وإلى متى: حتى تحذف حسابك، أو بعد سنتين من آخر استخدام له، فنحذفه نحن.

من يتعامل معه غيرنا: Google، فقط إن دخلت بحساب Google (تخبرنا ببريدك المؤكَّد واسمك، وفق سياسة خصوصية Google)؛ وResend التي توصل رابط الدخول؛ وCloudflare التي تستضيف الموقع وقاعدة بياناته؛ وAnthropic التي تكتب نصائح المدرّب من النص وحده كما وُصف أعلاه، مع ملخص قصير للأصوات التي ظهرت في أسبوعك للمسجّلين، ولا تتلقى بريدك أبدًا.

من صفحة حسابك («بياناتي والخصوصية») يمكنك أن تنزّل نسخة من كل ذلك في ملف، وأن تحذف حسابك وكل ما فيه نهائيًا بخطوة واحدة. والحذف يفكّ ربط هذا المتصفح أيضًا ويوقف رسالة الجملة اليومية إلى ذلك البريد. ويمكنك أيضًا أن تراسلنا على hello@sadaspeak.com.

لا إعلانات في صدى. وتسجيل الدخول يضع ملف تعريف ارتباط واحدًا، فقط ليبقيك مسجّل الدخول.

اختياراتك

يمكنك سحب صلاحية يوتيوب للبيانات المرتبطة بحساب Google في أي وقت من إعدادات أمان Google. لحذف كل ما حفظه صدى، أزِل الفيديوهات من مكتبتك أو امسح بيانات هذا الموقع من إعدادات متصفحك؛ وإن سجّلت الدخول فاحذف حسابك من صفحة «بياناتي والخصوصية».
